The outer aril enveloping around the nutmeg kernel, the Jaiva Nutmeg Mace is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, iron, calcium and the presence of essential volatile oils induces the aromatic flavour that has defined this spice.
Harvested when the fruit is ripe, by the organic certified member farmers of Indian Organic Farmers Producer Company Limited (IOFPCL), the mace is separated from the nut and dried naturally, to preserve its rich flavour and goodness.
